Kedves Golfozók,

a 2020. március 27-én megjelent, kijárási korlátozásról szóló kormányrendelet (a teljes szöveg megtekinthető itt) 5. §-a szerint az alábbi szabadidős tevékenységek végezhetők az alábbi módokon:

„Egyéni szabadidős sporttevékenység, szabadidős célú gyalogos közlekedés külterületen, valamint a települések belterületén – lehetőség szerint a zöldterületeken – egyedül vagy ugyanazon háztartásban élőkkel közösen folytatható azzal, hogy másoktól legalább 1,5 méteres távolságot kell tartani.”

Mindezek alapján a Budapest Highland Golf Club működése az alábbiak szerint módosul:

• Egy adott tee time időpontban csak 1 (egy) fő indulhat el, kivétel, ha ugyanazon háztartásban élő golfozókról van szó, természetesen ebben az esetben is kötelezően betartva egymástól a 1,5 méteres távolságot.
• A tee time időpontok 8 (nyolc) percenként követik egymást, kérjük, mindenki foglaljon előzetesen tee time időpontot, ennek hiányában a starter nem engedélyezi az elindulást.
• A labdakeresés maximális időtartama ebben az átmeneti időszakban 1 (egy) perc, kérjük, mindenki legyen tekintettel a többi golfozóra, és tegye lehetővé, hogy a lehető legtöbb játékos tudja igénybe venni a pályát.
• Az előírt játékidőt mindenki tartsa be, ha bármilyen ok miatt ennél lassabban haladna, vegye fel a labdát, és haladjon tovább a következő szakaszra.
• Az átmeneti időszakban a greenen tilos a zászlót kivenni a lyukból.
• Az átmeneti időszakban tilos a bunkerekben lévő homok gereblyézése, a gereblyéket eltávolítjuk a pályáról.
• A driving rangen a ráccsal elválasztott elütőhelyek közötti távolság 3 méter, azaz jelentősen meghaladja a rendeletben előírt 1,5 métert, így ezek használhatóak.
• Külön kérünk mindenkit, hogy a driving range-en és a gyakorlóterületeken se menjen 1,5 méternél közelebb más játékosokhoz.
• Minden eszközt (trolley nyél, gyakorlólabda-kosár, stb.) folyamatosan fertőtlenítünk, de ezen túlmenően kérjük, hogy ezeket kizárólag kesztyűs kézzel fogjátok meg.
• Az egyéni és csoportos golfoktatás szünetel.
• Fenti szabályok a Highland Golf Club házirendjét képezik, és kérjük maradéktalan betartásukat.

A klubház egészségbiztonsági okokból nem fogad vendégeket, az alábbi szolgáltatások nem vehetők igénybe:

• recepció
• shop
• étterem
• mosdó
• golfütő bérlés
• golfautó bérlés

A Highland Golf Club integrált informatikai-ügyfélmenedzsment rendszerének segítségével „automata üzemmódban” működik, ennek legfontosabb elemei:

Mivel a golfpálya és a driving range szabadtéri jellegénél fogva relatíve csekély egészségügyi kockázatot jelent, ezért a honlapon látható, szokásos nyitva tartási időben a Highland ügyfélkártyára feltöltött alábbi szolgáltatások továbbra is igénybe vehetők:

• 9 szakaszos golfpálya
• 3 szakaszos PAR3 golfpálya
• gyakorlóterületek (putting, chipping, pitching greenek)
• driving range, gyakorlólabda-automata

Az érvényes ügyfélkártyával tehát át lehet haladni a sorompón, és lehet range labdát kivenni az automatából – személyes kapcsolatra nincs szükség.

Greenkeeper munkatársaink folyamatosan dolgoznak a pálya karbantartásán, a starter/marshall kolléga ellenőrzi a játékosokat, gondoskodik a range labda utánpótlásáról.

Vigyázzatok magatokra és egymásra, reméljük, a világszerte bevezetett szigorú intézkedések hamarosan véget érnek, és ezt követően minden visszaáll a normál működési módra.

NEW RULES AT HIGHLAND GOLF CLUB

Dear Golfers,

in the decree dated 27th March dealing with the limitations on movement (full text here) in paragraph 5 the recreational activities are regulated as follows:

“Individual recreational sport activity and recreational walking outside and within city limits – preferably in green areas – are permitted individually or with members of the same household, observing a minimum safety distance of 1,5 meters.”

Taking into account the new rules, the operation of Highland Golf Club changes as follows:

• Only 1 (one) person per flight is allowed with the exception that members of the same household can go together.  They must observe the 1,5 meters safety distance.
• Tee times will be every 8 (eight) minutes. Tee time reservation is mandatory and is the condition of starting the game.
• Searching for the golf ball is limited to 1 (one) minute. Please observe this in order to let as many golfers play as possible.
• Please observe the pace of play. If you are slow, please pick up the ball and advance to the next hole.
• Temporarily it is prohibited to take out the flag pole from the hole.
• Temporarily it is prohibited use the rake in the bunkers. Rakes will be removed from the bunkers.
• Driving range slots are 3 meters away from each other, which substantially exceeds the 1,5 safety distance, therefore the can be used without limitation.
• We kindly ask everybody to observe the 1,5 meter safety distance also on the driving range.
• We regularly sanitize the golf equipment (baskets, trolley handles, etc.), but we ask you to use gloves when touching these objects.
• Individual and group golf lessons are canceled during this temporary period.
• The above rules are part of the Highland house rules in this temporary period.

Our club house is closed to customers, therefore the following services are currently not available:

• reception
• shop
• restaurant
• bathroom
• changing rooms
• equipment rental
• golf cart rental

With the help of our integrated electronic customer management system we switched to an „automated mode” to handle customer relations and services without personal contact. Therefore we kindly draw your attention to some additional important temporary changes.

The club house is closed until further notice due to the present health risks.

We kindly ask all golfers to closely observe the house rules. This will ensure the orderly functioning of the golf course even if less than the usual number of staff will be present. Most important rules: please reserve a tee-time in advance, show up in time on the first tee, follow fellow golfers from the appropriate distance, repair divots and pitch marks on the course.

As the driving range and the golf course is a relatively low health risk due to its open-air nature, we are keeping the following open-air services available to our Highland cardholder customers during our usual opening hours (presently 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.):

• 9 hole golf course
• 3 hole practice course
• practice areas (putting, chipping, pitching greens)
• driving range with the ball vending machine

Valid Highland customer cards with appropriate credits will open our course barrier, and will serve practice balls from the vending machine without any personal assistance from staff.

Our greenkeepers are doing their daily routine on the golf course, and our starter/marshal controls activities on the course and collects range balls.

We are hopeful, that these temporary limitations can be lifted soon, and our club will be back to business as usual.

We advise all of our customers to take exceptional care in these hard times.
