Highlighted rules of play:

You are required to have a valid membership or green fee and a pre-booked tee time to commence your round of golf.
Golfers must arrive to the first tee on the 9-hole course at least 5 minutes prior to their tee-time. Being late entails losing the tee-time slot.
If a golfer — for whatever reason — cannot show up at the reserved tee time, then he/she should cancel the tee time maximum 2 hours prior to the tee time. Non-compliance with this rule entails:
- Instant fine which is HUF 5.000 for club members, HUF 15.000 for non-members. The golfer cannot start another round on the Highland course until paying the fine.
On the 9 hole course the time limit for one round of golf is 2 hours and 14 minutes (134 minutes).

If the player exceeds the time limit, he/she must pick up the his/her golf ball and proceed to the next hole, thus avoiding blocking the progress of golfers behind him/her.
If a golfer catches up with the flight ahead of him/her, but this flight is still within its time limit (meaning that they are not slow, but the player coming from behind is fast), then the faster player does not have the right of way, or any other privilege.
However, as a polite gesture, the slower flight can give way to the golfer(s) behind them. This may occur only if there is no flight ahead of the slow flight, since otherwise there would be congestion one flight ahead.
Distance marking stakes:
- green stake with red stripe: 100 meters
- green stake with yellow stripe: 150 meters
- green stake with blue stripe: 200 meters
Playing with range balls, appropriation of range balls, playing or practicing on the course without the required membership or green fee will entail a fine of HUF 30,000 to be paid on site and banning from the golf club.
